If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least <strong data-start=\"283\" data-end=\"295\">48 hours<\/strong> before your scheduled appointment. You may call or email us to make changes; if it\u2019s after hours, please email and we will respond promptly.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"1327\">\n<li data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"654\">\n<p data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"654\"><strong data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"460\">Partial refunds:<\/strong> Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance <strong data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"516\">and<\/strong> before any sample has been collected or shipped may be eligible for a <strong data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"605\">partial refund<\/strong>, less a <strong data-start=\"614\" data-end=\"651\">$25 administrative processing fee<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"800\">\n<p data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"800\"><strong data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"697\">No refund after collection\/shipment:<\/strong> If a sample has already been collected or shipped, the appointment is <strong data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"784\">not eligible<\/strong> for a refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"962\">\n<p data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"962\"><strong data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"816\">No-shows:<\/strong> Clients who miss their appointment without providing notice will <strong data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"910\">forfeit any payment made<\/strong> and must pay the full service rate to reschedule.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1182\">\n<p data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1182\"><strong data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"981\">Emergencies:<\/strong> We recognize that emergencies occur. If you have an urgent situation, contact us\u2014we will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis and may request documentation when considering a fee waiver.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1327\">\n<p data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1327\"><strong data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1209\">When you contact us:<\/strong> Please include your full name, appointment date\/time, and the service booked to help us process your request quickly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1384\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Thank you for helping us serve all clients efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;Inconclusion Results  &#038; Retest Policy &#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; open=&#8221;off&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"239\" data-end=\"473\">If a test returns <strong data-start=\"257\" data-end=\"281\">inconclusive results<\/strong>\u2014which can occur because of poor sample quality, biological factors, or laboratory limitations\u2014we will promptly notify you and offer a single <strong data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"447\">complimentary retest<\/strong> at no cost to the client.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"523\">To ensure clarity, here\u2019s how the process works:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"2198\">\n<li data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"819\">\n<p data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"819\"><strong data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"557\">What \u201cinconclusive\u201d means:<\/strong> Results may be inconclusive when the sample is degraded, contaminated, too small, or otherwise unsuitable for reliable analysis, or when biological factors (such as identical twins or certain medical conditions) or lab limitations prevent a definitive result.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"1021\">\n<p data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"1021\"><strong data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"847\">Complimentary retest:<\/strong> We will provide <strong data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"883\">one free retest<\/strong> within <strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"902\">30 days<\/strong> of the original result notification. The retest will be performed using the same testing protocol whenever possible.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1251\">\n<p data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1251\"><strong data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1055\">Re-collection requirements:<\/strong> If the original sample is insufficient or compromised, a new sample collection may be required. For legal (court-admissible) testing, re-collection must follow full chain-of-custody procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1493\">\n<p data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1493\"><strong data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1285\">Additional retests &amp; costs:<\/strong> Any retests beyond the complimentary retest are the <strong data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1380\">financial responsibility of the client<\/strong>. This includes costs for sample collection, laboratory analysis, and any applicable shipping or handling fees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1695\">\n<p data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1695\"><strong data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1518\">Timing &amp; priority:<\/strong> Retests resulting from inconclusive results will be prioritized and processed as quickly as possible; we will provide an estimated turnaround time when scheduling the retest.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"2002\">\n<p data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"2002\"><strong data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1727\">Documentation &amp; disputes:<\/strong> If you believe the inconclusive result was caused by an error in collection or handling, notify us immediately. We will review the case, and may request documentation or photos of the original collection conditions when assessing any fee waivers or special accommodations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2198\">\n<p data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2198\"><strong data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2038\">Contact to initiate a retest:<\/strong> To schedule your complimentary retest, please contact our support team by phone or email and include your name, original test date, and order\/reference number.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2200\" data-end=\"2322\">We strive for accurate, reliable results and will work with you to resolve inconclusive outcomes fairly and transparently.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;Testing Policies&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; open=&#8221;off&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"52\" data-end=\"329\">For the safety, privacy, and efficiency of our operations, <strong data-start=\"111\" data-end=\"148\">only the individuals being tested<\/strong> are permitted inside the testing area. Repeated violations may result in service refusal or additional fees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1200\"><strong data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1200\">How to request an exception<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1476\">\n<li data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1476\">\n<p data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1476\">To request an approved companion, medical aide, or other exception, please contact us before your appointment via phone or email and include the reason and any supporting documentation.
